By purchasing an online design package you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

• All information that you provide to Megan Heather Interior & Garden Design is accurate and up to date.

• You agree that the package you purchase is solely for personal use and not to be resold.

• Megan Heather Interior & Garden Design reserves the right to change prices at any time.

• Contact is made via email unless otherwise stated on the design package.

• Timescales are approximate and may change at any time. As we work with email and video calls only, we rely on your responses for feedback.

• Online design is not an express service. Megan Heather Interior & Garden Design puts the same amount of work and time into each project whether it’s on-site or online.

• We rely on you to provide good communication and feedback.

• Megan Heather Interior & Garden Design will produce drawings, sketches and other design documents as set out in the proposal.

• The degree in which you can rely on the accuracy of sizes and figures is noted on all design documentation and drawings.

• We are not liable for any work undertaken by third parties such as contractors and surveyors.

• We reserve the right to use any of the design drawings or completed work for publicity purposes unless otherwise agreed.

• In some cases, we may not have seen the products recommended in person so we cannot guarantee the quality of the item. If the item is not as expected then we will work with you on a case by case basis to reselect.
