Gurgedyke Project

The requirement of the brief was to design a guest bedroom for a cottage in the country. We have taken inspiration from the scenery and cottage-style interiors. The bedroom is quite small in size with shorter sloped ceilings. The client wanted the room to feel cosy and to flow with the rest of the home which is very floral. To modernise the design slightly we have also looked at bohemian interiors for inspiration and introduced rattan and boucle textures.
